This policy explains how SaltAir Luxury Concierge (“SaltAir”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you visit https://saltairluxury.com or make an enquiry, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect
- Enquiry details you provide through our form: name, email, phone (optional), preferred yacht and destination, indicative dates, party size and your message.
- Usage data, only with your consent: anonymised analytics about how the site is used (see our Cookie Policy).
- Technical data processed to operate and secure the site, such as IP address and request metadata, used transiently for security and rate-limiting.

Who we share it with
We use carefully selected processors who act only on our instructions: our hosting provider (Vercel), our email-delivery provider, our analytics provider (Google Analytics, IP-anonymised, loaded only after consent), and, where enabled, our customer-relationship platform. We do not sell your data. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, the transfer is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to assist you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it. Analytics data is retained according to the provider’s configured retention period.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access a copy of your personal data;
- rectify inaccurate data;
- erase data (“right to be forgotten”);
- restrict or object to processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.
