These terms govern your use of https://saltairluxury.com (the “site”), operated by SaltAir Luxury Charters (“SaltAir”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
SaltAir is a charter brokerage. We present a curated selection of yachts and destinations and arrange charters on your behalf. Vessels are owned and operated by third parties; we act as an intermediary between you and the owner or their operator.
Submitting the enquiry form does not create a booking, reservation or contract. It is a request for information. A charter is only confirmed when a separate charter agreement is signed and any required deposit is received. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer.
Yacht specifications, availability, itineraries and images are provided for general guidance and may change without notice. Rates are quoted on enquiry, per week and exclusive of extras such as fuel, provisioning, port fees, taxes and crew gratuities unless stated otherwise. Seasonal rates and minimum charter periods apply. The final price and terms are those set out in your charter agreement.

The site’s content — including text, design, logos and imagery — is owned by or licensed to SaltAir Luxury Charters and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute or exploit any part of the site without our prior written permission.
The site may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of any information on the site, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaltAir Luxury Charters is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Liability arising under a charter is governed by the relevant charter agreement, not by these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the site, dated by the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, and the courts of Italy have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
