Forty metres of Sunseeker carrying twelve guests in six cabins. The division is even, two to a room, and nothing folds down to make the numbers work: six couples fit exactly, and so does a family travelling in pairs or three households sharing a fortnight.

The jacuzzi sits on the upper deck and faces aft. That orientation is the detail worth noticing: facing aft means looking back over the wake when the yacht is moving and over the whole of the anchorage when it is not, rather than at the superstructure in front of you.

Her layout is proven rather than experimental, and that is a virtue rather than a limitation. Nothing aboard is a first attempt at solving a problem: the deck plan, the saloon and the cabin arrangement are the ones this yard has refined over many hulls of this size.
